The phrase “identity passport” on product pages is descriptive branding for ecosystem identity portability. It does not mean TVK ID is a passport, travel document, national eID or government-issued credential.
KYC and biometric limits
Future KYC/KYB or biometric integrations must identify the responsible provider, exact checks performed, confidence/assurance level, applicable retention and privacy rules, and any human-review requirements. A match does not by itself establish every legal attribute of a person.
